Jim;
I came upon a World War II registration card for your Michael that gives his birthday as 6-16-1881 birth place as Poland.
The signature on this card matches exactly with the signature on his Naturalization card. So I'm pretty sure they are the same person.I found the Naturalization card on the FamilySearch site under Illinois Northern district Indexes.
Found the draft card in Ancestry. Your email address is hidden otherwise I would send you JPG's of these documents.
