I know the initial is different, but all other info fits, and their 1st ch b 1890. Sam signed the license and his initial is definitely G,so don't know why the document continually says J.

Samuel WILLS chr 9-2-1866 Gwenap, s/o Samuel/Eliza

This may be Grace's father..
