Born 5-3-1939 Francis WADE, New Street, Chapel York; s/o Francis & Mary WADE.

According to son Harry's death record, Rebecca's maiden name is MORRIS; she m 12-17-1865 James H [Henry] ROLEN, Harrison Co, Indiana.

familysearch.org...also has census for Frank/Rebecca, Richland Co IL. He is listed 1870 Richland Co IL census as a day laborer for a family from VA.

I've checked the History of Richland Co IL...they aren't mentioned.

Maybe some of the data will be useful to you.
