First...thanks for the Catholic reference. I had no idea this family were Catholic. Also, you said Euphemia spent most of her life in Kent county, Michigan? Please tell me what you know about her time in Kent County. I tried to find out by putting her name and the county name in the search and I came up instead with a History of Monroe Co., MI, with a brief bio of Euphemia (McSherrie) Arnett Shaw...gives her 9 children's names, said she came to US in 1871, lived 3 years in Berlin (Monroe Co) MI where she had at least two of the later kids, and then settled in Ash (Monroe) MI. Div. James ARnett in Sept 1888 and married Wm. H. Shaw on 10-10-1888. So now I have all these names to research. Perhaps the Monroe paper has her obit.
