MANY THANKS TO YOU SUE for taking an interest in helping me find my family. You did a really good job too because I think everyone of the things you had listed were my grandfather and my family!!
Thank you for the sites you listed for me to check out. I have done genealogy for 10 years now and had never heard of these sites before! So this will be of great help to me.
I hadn't said this before because I was just posting about the Larson family but I DO have my grandfathers marriage liscense and d.c. and on it it says his father was Soren Thorson, he later changed his last name to Moland....I found them on the 1880 census living with Rachel and Rasmus Knutson(Rachel was Sorens sister and I'd like to find more about her too) but there is a type as they are listed as Forson, Soren and Forson, Ole!!
After that census Soren "dissapears" off the face of the earth and alot of secrecy with him.
Thankyou again VERY MUCH! I know and appreciate the time involved in the research you did because through the years I have done it for others and I know how time consuming it is!
Jodi
