Lindblad /Lindblade Family in Moline, Illinois

I am looking for information on my father's family in Moline, Illinois. He was Ivan Martin Lindblade 1906-1977, his siblings were Lester and Chester Lindblade. His father was Levin Martin Lindblade, whose father was August Martin Lindblad born 1843 in Sweden. August Martin Lindblad was married to Josephine Bredine, born in 1849 in Sweden. I was told that their name was not Lindblad in Sweden, that their original name was too common so they adopted the name of their homeplace. I was also told that August came to America to see the country. His father died while he was away, and some unscrupulous people tricked the widowed mother out of their farm. When he returned to Sweden, he found no reason to stay and came back to America. Some of his eight children were born in Round Prairie, Jefferson, Iowa, but all I heard about from my father was that they lived in Moline, Illinois, on a hill right above the city cemetery. My grandfather added an "e" to Lindblad, but I know that at least one of his brothers did not - John Lindblad (born 1884) is buried in the Moline Cemetery. I would appreciate any information about this family.
