Knowing the surnames helps but you still need a precise place of birth in Sarisska/Saris region and Zemplinska/Zemplin region of Slovakia.
I have left you a post with websites for research.
PAVLIC^KO would be correct as Pavricko makes no sense.
TOMASCEK possibly a TOMAS^EK and GUIDASH a GAJDOS^. What you have is most likely an Americanized version of the surnames or written incorrectly on an US document.
Take a look in Ellis Island website www.ellisislandrecords.org at TOMASCEK, TOMASCAK, PAVLICKO, PAVLICSKO, GAYDOS and GAJDOSZ. Maybe one of them was going to the address of your ancestors. Remember that family went to family in the old days.
