David,
There is 26 pages of CW Soldiers photos that have been submitted by researchers on the website below. You may find your Hiram Cape listed there or a group photo of his company. I stumbled across a photo that had been submitted on one of my relatives that had served in the CW.

IlGenWeb - Civil War Photos - Page 1The ILGenWeb Photo Album of Illinois Civil War Soldiers. Click on a photo to see it in it's original size and/or further information on the soldier or ...

I also found info on your Isaac Cape. He is buried in the Little Rock National Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas. Isaac is mentioned in the Roll Of Honor Book (Genealogy.com website) as Isaac Cope.
There are 3 other sites you can find him on, unfortunately there is no photo of his marker on any of them.

Interment.net - under Isaac Cape

Find A Grave - under Isaac Cape

*they do have a place to submit a request for a photo (depends if there are volunteers in this area)

U.S. Department of Veterans Affair - under Isaac CAPES

Hope this helps,
