I am looking for info on Catharine Geldmacher/Geltmacher . I have little info to go on about her.
Hopefully someone may recognize her and can help me fill in the blanks .
Here is what I have :
Catharine (no dates) m. John Schuck.. they are listed on the 1880 Census of Tazewell Co. Ill.. he is listed as a farmer and immigrated from Hesse ,Germany. His birthdate appeared to be 1837
Their children :
Henry 1866
Mary 1868 m Levi Glabe
John 1870
George Dec 25,1873 m Katharine Oetzel **
William 1876
**George and Katharine were married in Farmdale, Ill. and eventually settled in Urbana, Ill. They had 5 children. 2 of which are still living.
Their only son *Walter Adam b Dec 1900 d. Dec 7, 1949 was my grandfather.
I have a photo of George and William at a young age . I also have a few of George and his wife Katharine, these are my great grandparents.
Do you know of them ???
