Hi Julie -
If this is not a connection, it is a very bizarre coincidence of names and dates. I have fwd your info to my Mom and Aunt for their input. In the past they said Hannah (Anna?) Cavanaugh married Joseph Moore, and the children they remembered were Ann, Marie, Lillian, and a boy (they thought he fought in WW1). They thought Ann married and had 2 daughters, Marie never married, and Lillian married George Spangler. Also, my great Aunt Kate (Cathleen/Catherine) was raised by Hannah and Joseph after her parents died when she was just a baby. Kate was born in 1907 -- her mother died in 1911 and her father in 1913.

I have not been able to find Hannah and Joseph in the census -- it never occurred to me they might be in Canada. The Tribble and 3 Brennans I mentioned in my first post came to Chicago from Newfoundland Canada.

Does any of this fit with your family?
