Roseanna Huff Cary/Crouse Irving Medical School

I am trying to find info on my ggrandmother, Rose (Huff) Cary. I know very little about her. I have been told that when she died c. 1973 she was in her 90s and she was either in Syracuse or with a relative in chicago. The info I am looking for here, strange as it may seem, is death info. She gave her body to the medical school (Crouse Irving). I'm saying there has to be a death record or something somewhere, but my family says no because of the circumstances. Does anyone know of this school, if there are death records, or have any suggestions? I have nothing else to go on.
