Nettie was the dau. of Rezin (1829-1912) and Evangeline (nee Hendricks) Tolen (1839-1883)
Isaac F.(Fountain) Tolen is found in the 1910 census in Coles County, Ashmore Township (Series: T624 Roll: 236 Part 2 Page:19B)

Looks like there is a lot of info around on the Tolen family, but you do have to pay attention to the various spellings of the surname. Also, as you can see, Isaac Fountain Tolen is listed as Isaac F. Tolen, Fountain Tolen, and perhaps other variations in the records.
