Thanks Sue! So far I have found Zachary and you are right, he could be the brother of James. I also found a William M. Ogle and a Samuel Ogle living in Elk Falls and Johnson Co. KS near other Ogles, so they could be children of James.

James and Hester Ogle's daugher, Mary Catherine, married John Frawner and Mary died in 1874 so it would make sense they would take the granddaughters in. I recognize Minnie, but their other daughter was named Laura Ellen, so I'll have to look into who Sylvia is.

The name Josiah Ogle is not one I've come across yet, but I'll look further into that.

Anyway, you have given me some great leads. Thanks so much for your efforts!
