Hi Anne,
Mason is my married name. My Mother's name prior to marriage for the first time was Gloria Jean Stone. When she died she still nad her married name. Gloria Jean Smith. She died in Las Masa, San Diego county, CA on May 28th, 1992 from Breast Cancer. She lived in El Cajon, CA.
The reason for the confusion on her date of birth was because wnen her Father went to Japan (Military Man) sent for my Mother Gloria and her older sister they had to get passports etc. some how the Dad put the wrong birth date down for my Mother. They found out that she actually was a year older than they thought. Father's don't always pay attention to birth years.
I don't think I can get the Social Security info, I am limited on what I can do.
