Hi All!
I am looking for details on the lives of the family members of Robert and Ann Watson. They came from Linconshire, England in 1843 with their son, Thomas (4yo) and once in NY had their second child, Anna (1843).

They moved on to Scipio, Michigan where they had the rest of their brood. Then they moved onto Minooka, Grundy county, Illinois in 1860. Then Robert and Thomas enlisted in the Civil War together.

Robert was killed in Decatur, GA and Thomas continued with Gen. Sherman on "the March to the Sea" campaign.

Robert was a mason. Thomas is usually listed as a farmer, but I've seen him listed as a mason, too.

I have some family details and a few photos. I'd like to know where Robert is buried. Thomas is buried with his wife and family in KS in a well-kept cemetery. I'd also like Robert's obituary and/or death certificate (which was not included in his military records).

Robert and Ann's kids are: Thomas, Anna, William, John Robert, Sarah, George W, Mary J.

Thomas and Mary Ann's kids are: Julia, Susan, George, Helen, Mary, Emily, John, Carrie Jeanette "Nettie", Margaret, William, Myrtle, and Violet Rae
