Hello, my name is Rhonda and I am researching the Daxon family in Illinois. My great grandmother was Cora Mae Daxon Stellrecht. Cora Mae Daxon's father was Samuel Daxon and her mother was Ella Barbara King. Samuel had a house moving business in Rock Island, Illinois in the 1880's. They may have also had a son by the name of Walter Daxon. I also have info on a Mame Daxon, who was born in 1873 who lived to be alteast 100 years old, who I believe may have been a sister to Samuel. Is there anyone out there that can help me? Thank you!
