death look-up Harry Franklin St. Charles 1961-2

Could anyone help me with vital statistics for my grandfather Harry Franklin, who died around November 61 at home on 121 S. 6th St. in St. Charles, survived by his widow Mary and son Kenneth and family. I hope to find the exact date and also place of birth (England, but where???)and age, if possible. I live in Sweden, so it's kind of impossible to get to the library from here.
