Illinois has a very extensive marriage database available online, for marriages occurring through 1900. www.ilsos.gov. Although I'm not sure whether you were suggesting that both marriage (Oliver/Row and Camren/Farrell) occurred around 1894, or only the latter of those two, I searched that database using each of the four surnames, and could not find any that fit the names or year you provided. I did not check alternate spellings of the surnames, or perform other searches elsewhere. Are you sure that you spelled the names correctly and that the marriages actually occurred in Ill.?
