I have recently made a trip to Lawrenceville and obtained all of the Piper obituaries that I could find, as well as photos of Piper and family tombstones taken at Bridgeport, Sumner and Pleasant Hill (White House) cemeteries.

I also found a file on the Piper family in the library that was entered by Mr. Buzzard and contains information he used in his SAR application.

I will share any and all with family members.

This is my brother-in-law's family --

John Piper and Ann McVitty
Robert Glasgow and Mary Jane (Bell) Piper
Jacob O. and Phoebe (Perkins) Piper
William Robert Piper m Pansy Dunahee
William Robert Piper, Jr. m. Virginia Allen
William Robert Piper, III (brother-in-law)

I have information on all of these families and obituaries for many of them. I am hoping to connect with more family members - especially on the Bell and Guess and Allen lines. I live in southern Illinois (near St. Louis) and hope to visit the county again next week.
