I have done some looking for you. Re Edward Francoeur. It is probable that he was the s/o Chrisologue Charland-Francoeur and Marie-Anne Fontaine who married 1 Apr 1845 in Nicolet, Quebec. Other members of this Chrisologue's family moved to Illinois. Edward married Philomene 10 Aug 1879 in Pilot Twp.,
Kankakee.
