Thank you so much for checking all of those records. I now feel confident that all available Kankakee church resources have been checked. I have previously corresponded with people in Douglas County, where this family was in the 1860 census. It sounds like the records I am looking for are missing. Perhaps I can find something new if I take a trip to Illinois someday.
