15 March 1874 baptism of Celine Alexandrine Lardinois born 21 February 1874, daughter of Felix Lardinois and Sophie Proulx; by Father Paradis. Godparents were Maximilien Normandin and Sophie Normandin.
16 August 1868 baptism of Joseph Gilles Normandin born [date is written over - first written as 10, then written over with a s, or 12] August 1868, son of Maxim Normandin and Blabine Coock, by Father Marchal. Godparents were Thomas Verboncouer and Henriette Proulx.
17 November 1867 Maxime Normandin and Balbine Proulx served as godparents for Marie Fedeline Marcotte born 12 November 1867, daughter of Isac Marcotte and Marie Proulx.
29 April 1866 baptism of Joseph Gedeon Normandin born 21 April 1866, son of Maxime Normandin and Balbine Proulx by Father Langlois. Godparents were Isaac Marcotte and Marie Anne Proulx.
30 March 1864 baptism of Louis Malec Normandin born 26 February 1864, son of Maxime Normandin and Balbine Proulx, by Father Cote. Godparents were Louis Proulx and Marie Durand.

24 September 1854 marriage of Maxime Normandin and Judith Mo__marthe, to Balbina Proux, by Father Lemaitre; witnesses were Onesime Regnier and Louis Proux. At the same time is marriage of Isaac Marcotte, son of the late Jean Baptiste Marcotte and Marie Anne Gelinno, to Marie Proux, daughter of Louis Proux and Francois Dominique by Father Lemaitre; witnesses were Henri Flageole, Onesime Regnier and Louis Proux.
15 November 1868 Maxime Normandin and Bal___ Proulx were godparents for baptism of Marie Godfriese Lordinais, daughter of Felix Lordinais and Sophie Broulx [Proulx?]who was born 7 November 1868.

The surname Lamont does not appear in either volume.The brother of Balbinie Proulx Normandin is Louis Proulx who married Maria Durand 2 February 1857. He settled a large farm in Iroquois County, east of Clifton, Illinois [my town] He spelled his surname Prew as do his descendants.Louis was born 1829 in Canada and died here 25 May 1899.
