John Louis Parker, son of Joseph and Mary Sherman Parker, was born in Champaign County, Illinois August 4, 1869. He married Nellie Johnson July 8, 1895 in Iroquois County Illinois. The resided (per census) in Kankakee Co. from 1900 until his death in 1953. Children were:
Edith born 1903 married ? Dean
Helen born 1906 married ? Arsineau
Floyd born July 1911 died 1986 Kankakee County
Kenneth D. born September 1915 died March 29, 1986 Kankakee
Searching for descendants to exchange information. My great grandmother, Millie Martha Parker Bailey was John L.'s sister. Millie and husband William Alonzo Bailey left Kankakee County at end of 1890s and settled in Hobart Oklahoma. She died in California but is buried in Hobart.
Especially seeking information about John L. and Millie's parents, Joseph and Mary Sherman Parker who married 1850 in Greene County, Ohio.
