I think I can answer this question for you. James Penrod is married to Julieann. Before she was married to James Penrod she was married to William Foster. Besides having Mary Foster living with her. There is also a William Foster living with her. William Foster is my great great grandfather. I know that William Foster is her son. But I don't think Mary is her daughter. I agree with you, she seems too old to be her daughter. But you never know. I'm assuming that Joseph Penrod is Julieanne and James Penrod's son. I cannot find William and Julieanne in the 1860 census for Jackson County. I don't have a marriage date either. I do have William Foster's probate record. He died January 16, 1861. His full name is William Clinton Foster. I also have a copy of James & Julieann Penrod's Marriage Certificate from IRAD. They were married on November 28, 1864. (It's a very bad copy) Julieanne's maiden name is Butler. I have this information from my great grandfather's marriage and death records. Hope this helps.
