Sally/

My great-grandmother was a Fisher (Hannah). Hannah married Frederick Maire (my maternal great-grandfather).

I believe that Samuel was her Brother.

The Fisher's came from Rockville, Indiana to Hancock county in about 1856. They came by wagon and on foot.

The parents were: Samuel and Elizabeth (Cox) Fisher.

The had a bunch of children:Samuel, Hannah, Benjamin, Greenberry (or Greenbury) and others.

If have some specifics including the buriel site for the parents.

I would be interested in seeing any information you may have on the Fisher's and am willing to share my research with dates and places.

Thanks and Regards,

Bob Crum
