I'm looking for an obituary for my G. Grandfather Homer Johnson. Hopefully, it will list his Father & Mother.
Homer, along with his son (Homer Jr.) died in or around Vandalia, Il. from the flu during the 1918 flu epidemic.
I did manage to locate his death certificate but it is unreadable where it says who his Father is. Under Mother it states UNK.
DOD on the certificate states 11-9-1918. Says he was approx. 36 yo. His son was 3.
Homer's wife's name was Grace Johnson. They called her Tracey.
