I am looking for information on a lady by the
name of Mrs. John Crawford. She was supposed to
be a daughter of my gr-gr- Uncle Silas Sher(r)ad(d)en who died 24 November 1914 in Edwards Co. IL. He was living with her at the
time of his death. According to the obit I have
from the Grayville newspaper he had four children: Kate who married an Amos Miller, but
died she died before Silas did; Albert Sher(r)ad(d)en who was living in Piggott AR when
his Dad died, Mrs. Edward (Dora) Call of New Straitsville, OH and daughter, Amanda, who died
young.
I am thinking that this Mrs. John Crawford was
really his granddaughter. I can't find any one
with the last name of Sher(r)ad(d)en who married
a Crawford at least not in Edwards or White Counties.

Any suggestions or ideas would be most welcome!
