Mr. Griffith: I am ISO someone researching the Joseph SKINNER, b. 1803, and Mary "Polly" GASTON, b. 1808 line. Their children include:
Hannah, Phoebe, Isaac, John, Esther B., William W., Enoch, Anson, John, Henry C., Joel, Harvey, Josh, Joseph, Jr., and Benjamin.

I have specific questions with reference to the Esther B. SKINNER line. Esther m. Norman PETERS, Coles County, 1852. This family produced two known children, Ura and Wylie PETERS. They resided in Newman Twp., Douglas County, IL until the death of Esther in 1856.
At this time Ura and Wylie went to live with SKINNER relatives and I have been unable to locate them.

Both Esther B. (Skinner)PETERS, her husband, Norman PETERS, and Norman's second wife, are all buried in the Albin Cemetery, Newman Twp., Douglas County, IL. If any of this is familiar, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely,
Terri L. Taylor-Pearsall
