Seeking the contents of the land grant of Sep 1814 to Matthew Langford in Illinois

3rd meridian, Twp 15, Range 9w, Sec 23
this places the land in then Clark Co (now Douglas), probably in Arcola or Bowdre twp

No Langford appears in the 1820 census for Clark County.

How many acres was it? [?160 acres]
What became of the land?
What is stated as residence of Matthew at time of grant?

Illinois Archives reference to vol 23, p 159.
