I need help. I recently learned that Alexander Hutton came into IL and settled in Crawford Co. He is listed on the 1818 State Census for Crawford Co. He died in 1819. I have check the early deeds for Crawford Co and could not find him listed as owning land. Could some please suggest as to where I might look to find where he is buried. I am also looking for his sister-in-law Martha Hackett, who is listed on the 1820 Federal Census as living next door to the Hutton family. Would like to know where she is buried also. Any help or suggestions will be grearly appreciated.
