Sorry, I misinterpreted your query thinking you were looking for information after 1910.

Anyway, I think you might want to look in Coles county. The only Drake close by in the 1840 census is a Daniel Drake in Coles Co. In the "History of Coles County" pg 234 is says "About 1826, a settlement was made at Wabash Point, in the present township of Paradise. The first white settler was Daniel Drake".
