Crystal;
I have a Bishop family from Crawford County, but not sure if we connect. Here is my line:

EZEKIEL BISHOP, b.2/22/1816, Wayne Co., NC, died 1/5/1890, married REBECCA MUSGRAVE in 1839, Crawford Co., IL.
Children are:

AMANDA BISHOP, born 1854, Crawford Co., IL, died 1931, buried New Hutsonville Cemetery, married CYRUS A. LINDLEY 3/30/1875, Crawford Co., IL.
PRISCILLA BISHOP, born 3/31/1842, Crawford Co., IL, died 1/12/1922. Married JONATHAN LOCKHART MOUNT 7/16/1867, Crawford Co., IL, son of Jonathan Lockhart Mount and Tamar McGeath.

Priscilla Bishop would be part of my family line.
Ezekiel and Rebecca Musgrave-Bishop also had a son, I am told, but I cannot find him. This unknown son could be our link!??
Connecting surnames to my Crawford County families are:
NIDEY, TREADWAY, McDANIEL, SIMS, MOUNT, RADER, MUSGRAVE, AMMON, BISHOP, STANFIELD, BURSON, HESTON, BAILIFF, DeLAPP and many more.
Happy Hunting!
Bob Aswell
