Donna,
Thank you very much for the extra information on the Mail family. While working on my Fry family history, I came upon a letter written by A.T. Mail to my GGG Uncle Parmer Fry, in Arkansas. In it, Mr. Mail "talks" as if the men are long time friends, and even mentions a mutual friend (and cousin of Parmer) Rush B. Lankston.
Parmer (his father, and siblings) moved from ILL. to AR when Parmer was less than 8 years old....so my question was...how and when did these men become friends.Just trying to place them, in time and location.
Would be happy to talk to anyone else familiar with these names.
Thank you so much for your kindness and help
Sincerely,
Kathy Cox,[email protected]
