Looking at Chicago Irish Family database ... 43rd & Wentworth looks to be in St. Cecelia's parish. Maybe they lived there? You'd pick up a few tidbits here:

It was founded as a mission of St. James located at 27th and Prairie. A Jewish Synagogue which was locate at Adams and Well Street was moved to Garfield Blvd and Wentworth Ave. This became St. Anne's Church after changes were done to the building. In 1971 it merged with St. Cecilia on 45th Street, St. George on Pershing. It was renamed
