Thank you for the information regarding the 1880 Swedish Census.Those names and dates match the Swedish records I have.I have no explanation at this time for the birth date in the 1880 census not "matching" the age at the time of death (Certificate of Death from FamilySearch.com). There is a strong family tradition that August Anderson, brother of my Carl Olof Emanuel Anderson, was killed by a train on the way to work. They lived in Chicago- possibly Pullman.He may have worked for Pullman and I am researching those employee records. Your suggestions regarding other sources to check is most welcome.It would be lovely to find the descendants of August and the other siblings as there are very few descendants of Carl.Thanks again for your kind assistance.
