Samuel and Elizabeth Rittenhouse

Looking for information on Samuel and Elizabeth (Nesley)Rittenhouse. Both moved from Licking County, Ohio in the mid-1860's and settled around or in Mattoon, Coles County, Il. Elizabeth is buried in Dodge Grove Cemetery. Can anyone tell me if Samuel is also buried there? I find no records of his burial. Looking to verify his birth and death data and any other info. They both resided there until their death's. I am also trying to find out if Samuel fought in the Civil War. If so, he would have probably been with an Ohio unit mustered from Fairfield Co, Ohio. I find no records that indicate he was in the war. I find his draft registration. I suspect Samuel died around 1880 and Elizabeth died in 1908. Elizabeth's father Nesley also moved to Coles County in the mid 1860's. Did the Rittenhouse's or Nesley's own property? Look forward to discussing any Rittenhouse connection. Thanks, Mike Rittenhouse,
