Thanks for sharing your tree with me. I have been interested in Noble Wilson who is listed in Jasper County on the 1860 census. Ancestry has him listed as "Nobb" -- but it is Noble. There are Nobles in my Wilson line, so I am interested in this man. He seems to be in the same township as your Greenup Wilson, too -- so there must be a connection. I don't know about the railroad you mentioned, though. All of my Wilsons seem to have been farmers. I have seen that family LARGE listed in Coles County, but don't know of the connection to Wilson.
