LIGHTFOOT/BARNARD

I am searching for any and all available information on the family of Robert S. Lightfoot, who lived in Coles County (Charleston area)from the mid-to-late 1830s to 1870, when both he and his wife vanish after the census, presumably having both died. The wife's name was evidently unfamiliar to all the successive census-takers, because it is spelled differently in each report, and difficult to read; I think they had married in Kentucky. The 1850 census shows a 16-year-old daughter, Permelia A., who married Henry C. Barnard in Coles County 11 January, 1860. I would be especially happy to locate tombstone data for both Robert and wife, and/or Permelia and Henry Barnard. Robert was born 1800 in Franklin Co., Ky, the son of John and Tabitha (Slaughter) Lightfoot and the younger brother of my 3-gr-grandfather, Philip Lightfoot. Are there either printed or online cemetery records for Coles County? If so, where would I be able to buy/access them? I would appreciate any help; I've been looking for Robert for 30 years! Ann Huntsman
