Hello-I found the following in the Upper Okaw Pct.Coles County 1850:
Martin Wood age 31 born NC
wife Elizabeth age 21 born KY
no children
the next line has the followiing you might be interested in:
Hiram Campell(Campbell) age 27 born Kentucky
wife Martha A. age 21 born KY
dau. Lucinda J. age 1 born IL

Eli Wood age 38 born NC
wife Nancy age 32 born Virginia
dau. Emaline H. age 8 born IN
dau. Mariah J. age 6 born IN
son Henry C. age 4 born IN.
dau. Francis M. age 2 born IN.

In the Lower Okaw Pct. is the following:
William Campell(Campbell)age 49 born NC
wife Jane age 50 born TN
dau. Margaret E. age 22 born KY
son Allen age 16 born IL
dau. Deborah age 14 born IL

Could Campbell have been spelled Campell at one time or a census taker error?
I did not purchase the books for cemetery records for these current pct's so do not know if the parents are buried there. I didn't find anything in the 1860 census.

Hope this helped a little
Deborah
