Would it be possible for you to look up anything on the following names?:
Aurilla Tucker (b. abt 1827 in OH)(her father was Richard)
she married John Scott - my brick wall with a very common name! They had a son, Lafayette Walter Scott who was born in Coles Co. abt 1860. Lafayette Walter later bought a little farm in Coles County about 1890's. I've never been able to find this family in census' before 1880 when Lafayette married Nannie Hallett. The Hallett's were also from Coles County. John Scott may have been buried in Coles County, but I do not beleive any of the others were.
I would appreciate any information you can give on these people. In return, I live in Indiana and have access to the Indiana State Library and Historical Library and will do look-ups for you.
