Would you happen to know anything about
Morris Welch and Family. I think, his wife's
name was Mary. They lived in Morgan Co. IL.
Adams Co. IL. and Cook Co. IL, maybe even other counties, in IL. He recieved Land in Adams Co. IL. on november 29, 1817, for having fought in the War of 1812. I cannot find him in the Muster in, or muster out, or.
listed with any of the shoulders. and, I know that he fought in the WAR IF 1812.
