I'm looking for any information on my great great grandparents Ophelia STOCKON and JAMES HARVEY from the Bear Creek/Palmer area of Christian County. I don't know much about them except Ophelia was born about 1883 and James about 1880. They married sometime after 1900 and were divorced by 1910. They had two sons, Coy and Charles, who were born in Palmer, IL, around 1905.
I do know that Ophelia was remarried by 1910 to a George Brown and they lived in Taylorville. She would eventually marry one more time after that also.
Any information about their marriage or ancestors would greatly be appreciated.
