Peg, THANK YOU! This will make my mother so happy, Alfred
was her grandfather.I wonder though which is Alfred's mother. I did find in the 1860 census, there was a William Hackshaw married to Angeline Wade (no children listed) and a Robert Hackshaw married to Susan C. Dodson (1 child- John
age 2)I think that William and Robert maybe brothersand that William may have been married to all 3 women and that Anna Gentry was the mother of his children. If you run onto and more info on this family will you please let me know?
