I am seeking information on Alanson WILBUR. Alanson was born in 1796 Stephentown, Rensselaer, NY to Thomas WILBUR (1770-bef 1850) and Abigail SALMON (1775-aft 1850). He married Sally MOORE I beleive in 1814 Probably in Rensselaer County NY. Alanson owned land in Bonus, Boone, IL on 31 July 1858. He died on 21 Nov 1859 Bonus, Boone, IL.
Alanson and Sally had the following children:
1 F: Laura WILBUR b. 21 Jul 1817 in Sandlake, Rensselear, NY. m. Elias Brockway REYNOLDS (9 Nov 1839 in Lyon, Wayne, NY)
2 M: Harrison WILBUR b. abt 1820 in Rensselear, NY d. 12 Sep 1892 in Belvidere, Boone, IL m. Mary FLEMMING (18 AUG 1874 in Belvidere, Boone, IL)
3 F: Harriet WILBUR b. abt 1822 d. aft 3 Dec 1894 probably in MI 1st m. Wilson BURCH (bet 1840 - 42 in NY.) 2nd m. Levi GALEHOUSE (30 OCT 1875 in Porter, Van Buren, MI)
4 M: Jefferson WILBUR b. 4 May 1827 in Sand Lake, Rensselaer, NY d. 4 May 1918 in Ponca, Dixon, NE m. Elizabeth Ann TRIM (1 Jan 1849 in Elmira, Chemung, NY or Lyons, Wayne, NY)
