Thank you for your reply...tho' they arrived circa 1830, guess they did not purchase land until 1860's! I have another question...do you know where to locate a plat map for Clayton? George and William Hulse (Hultz/Hults) both lived there (1900-1923). I'd like to determine if they purchased lots in that community and where they were located! Thanks again for your help.
