Plummer Ijams/Ruth Childs?

Hello all.
Plummer Ijams (the first one) married Ruth Childs, they had a child, Plummer Ijams B 1748 and D 1795.

I'm having a heck of a time figuring out if this second Plummer Ijams was married to Jemina Welsh, Ruth Welsh or ???

Does anyone have the answer to this puzzle? I do know the child was Anne Ijams. But the wife's name is hard for me to find.
