[1] William Iiams [Iams] b. Feb. 4, 1792 Washington Co., Amwell Twp. Pa. d. April 4, 1869 W.Bethlehem Washington Co., Pa. He was the s/o John Iiams, Sr. & Elizabeth Gill Hampton. He married Delilah Meek b. June 6, 1793, Ruff's Creek, Washington Co., Pa. and she died Sept. 6, 1876 in West Bethlehem, Washington Co., Pa. Both are buried in Franklin Cemetery, West Bethlehem Twp., Washingon Co., Pa. Delilah was the d/o of William Elisha Meek & Mary Miller.
[2] Elisha Iiams [Iams] b. Dec. 16, 1822 in West b Bethlehem Twp., Washingon Co., Pa. d. April 14, 1899. He married on Feb. 20, 1848 in West Bethlehem Twp., Washington Co., Pa. to Cynthia 'Sinthy' Garber b. May 6, 1828 in Washington Co., Pa. and d. October 11, 1877 in Washington co., Pa. She was the d/o of William Christian Garber & Elizabeth Weaver. Both are buried in Franklin cemetery, West Bethlehem Twp., Washington Co., Pa.
