Harry Wright Newman researched and published, Anne Arundel Gentry, Vol 1, 2nd edition 1980. Your library might have a copy of this edition. There is an earlier one published in 1930 and the later one corrects erros from the earlier book.
This is about all that I have. I have corresponded with all of the people you mentioned. If it were possible to reconstruct the Blandensburg road to Annapolis and identify the individuals that were listed [I believe by an earlier researcher] we just might identify the parents of John Frederick Iiams\Ijams.
