Do you have any dates for Thomas? If Thomas was the youngest son of William, he should have been born in the 1770's.
BARNES' "Balto. Co. Families" says Lewis IGO left a will in 1760 naming three sons[verified by Md. Calendar of Wills]. The son William (22 Aug. 1729 - by 1798) had
Elizabeth.
Rachel.
Joshua, b. 1760, served in the Revolution from Pennsylvania.
Mary, b. by 1765.
Ephraim, b. 1768.
Peter, d. by 18 Aug. 1810.
Jacob.
Thomas.
Susannah. [References listed by BARNES:Land Records--83:202.31:WG:MM:508.321:WG:86,371.335:1290130]
"Baltimore Co., MD, Deed Abstracts"
Lewis IGOE surveyed {or patented?} 100 acres, "Friends Discovery," in 1737 [MPL:EI:5:218 & EI:2:665].
On 21 Je. 1758, Charles HOWARD conveyed 100 acres of "Cornelius & Mary's Lot" to William IGO [B:G:202].
