Hi George Idell.
It is great to hear from you.
My name is George L Idell I live in Ft worth Texas and I have a map that shows the town of Idell and was hoping one day to go there and take some pictures for the Idell family site.
Please thank your uncles Roy and Harry for going and talking them into not changing the name of the town.
It feels pretty good to have a town named after the Idell family.
Do you know any history on the town.
I have tried to find out from a distance who it was named after with no luck so far.
I have the idellfamily web site that I started back in the 80s but have not had time to keep it up to date.
Maybe next year there will be more time for the site.
Anyway nice to hear from you and sorry that It took so long to answer you back.
Looking foreword to hearing from you again.
